How to Map ANY Guitar to GH3PC/GHAPC/GHWTPC via X360CE!! (PS3, PS2, Rock Band Guitars...)

Note: "any" is used lightly, this is not tested on anything XB1/PS4, so if you comment saying "how do I get my RB4 guitar to work" I will say "read the description". Also, why the HECK would ANYONE want to use a GHL guitar on an older GH game??? fuckin idiots.
As for Wii...you still have to use GlovePie as far as I am concerned. Maybe one day I will throw money away on a new Wiitar to explore that and make a tutorial, wasting my time like usual.
Also, inb4 "there's an even faster way" like stfu this way WORKS !!! stop telling me x program works better, the program wars are OVER!!
