      Thank you so much :) Its one of the more challenging ones in this book but very fun to play once a student has mastered it. Do you play piano yourself?

    It's a nice piece. Simple and clear hand position

      Thank you Daniel :) Some of my newer videos have a better camera view for hand position now as I have an over keyboard camera installed. Thinking I should redo some like this so students can see notes better. What do you think?

      @@prodigioschoolofmusic7966 yes that would be of great help to many people who would love to learn how to play good music using right note and good hand position. It's good also if the camera can bring the piece of music on that sheet of paper a bit closer so that someone can see which note you are pressing, that would be good. Continue posting many of these it's very useful

      @@danielcomboni6707 Wonderful suggestions! I'll work on alternative camera views to show keys pressed as well as posturing. I hadn't thought of including the sheet music but that's an excellent suggestion - I'll do that :) Thanks so much.

    What is the name of that sheet music?

    • @prodigioschoolofmusic7966
      @prodigioschoolofmusic7966  4 года назад

      It is the same as the title. You can purchase individually as sheet music or find it in the Alfred's Basic Piano Lesson Book Level 6 on page 50 :)

      @@prodigioschoolofmusic7966 thank you for your response. But, does this piano solo title have an opus, or key major that is more specific to exactly what you played? Only reason I ask, is because I've purchased sheet music before, where something like D-major versus C can really change the way a song sounds. And considering this song is an orchestra played piece, the piano solo should probably have a title that is very unique.

    • @prodigioschoolofmusic7966
      @prodigioschoolofmusic7966  4 года назад

      It is originally from Arcangelo Corelli Sonata Op 5 No 12. Of course this variation for piano is quite different than the original but you can see how the theme was used throughout. Note that the piano version played / written in the Alfred book did not include the original opus numbers.
