This was and still is my shit. My Mom got us (my sister and I) the album on cassette and we wore it all the way outtt. They’re story breaks my heart, such a tremendous talent gone so soon. The 2 living brothers J Valentine and Bobby have amazing voices. I will always pay homage to this group. Look at the showmanship even at such young ages…just wow! They would’ve absolutely been huge as a group. ❤🙏🏾RIP Ronnie.

I must admit that these guys had better choreography than a lot of the more popular young groups back then(90's)! The Newtrons had some dance steps beyond their years & was handlin' their biz...especially Johnnie, the youngest! He made each step look effortless! He even looked like M.J. in the blk & wht outfit by his moves & sometimes facially!

I am so glad to have found this song. It was a song my group was going to do as a cover in the early 90'. We had a 5 member group. Good memories! I am so sorry one of the members of Newtrons was killed. Very talented group with nice choreography.

But if you listen to his vocals today, u can tell the difference. Just like with Michael Jackson if you listen to his vocals as a child and as he got older. You could still tell that was MJ. Remember this group impressed Michael Jackson and his father Joe, So I wouldnt say they werent talented. JValentine is actually doing very well to this day. Same here i would ask some of my classmates do they remember the Newtrons and no one knew what I was talking about. But I had a summer job at the time when I was in high school so I used to buy a lot of music and a lot of them didn't so that may explain why they then have much music. I have always wonder what had happened to them never knew until I just read this tonight I'm a little late...
