The fact that this was part of the games original soundtrack yet it captures the feeling of David and Lucy. So brilliant and even if there's no season 2 I'm happy with the show.

@Nick there are rumors about a second Cyberpunk series because of the success. But it wont be a second Edgerunner, and i think CD would link it to their next big update to the game aswell. So maybe in 2 years.

I love how it goes from single notes when it's the clean vocals and then turn into octaves to mimic the distorted vocals in the chorus. Nice touch there!

Just finished playing cyberpunk 2077… I teared up every time they teased this song. I’m so glad I chose the nomad life and gave V the most realistic and honest answers I would give if I were her while playing the game. She had such a loving heart and always wanted to help others, even though she was so alone and lost trying to make her way through that fucked up city. She forgot about taking care of herself first and put her friends and family before her.
Man that bittersweet pain really settles in doesnt it. Awesome job man, this hits all the same while still feeling original in its own right. That pause at 2:40 into the echo always gets me :(

I've gotta say that I didn't expect to love this show as much as I did, but it's for sure my anime of the year so far. I think that Chainsaw Man will potentially rival it, but it's great to have more shows pop up that get me this hyped! This is without a doubt the song that stood out to me the most out of all of the the songs in the show, it really does hit you right in the feels by the end of it. I tried my best to capture the raw emotion that's put into the original, so I hope that you guys enjoy my cover!
