Hello Yani, I clocked 9,083 Total Steps and 4.03 Miles. I was able to complete the workout despite of not feeling motivated today. I am now only 1000 away from my daily steps goal.

Loved this! Basically the same as the 6000 steps workout. You get no repeat till about 51 mins in and then it starts from the beginning to finish off the workout. Forget to count steps but burned 526 active calories on this one.

It's nice workout and I like Yana's method but I must say that burned calories are very overestimated in the description. I've burnt only 420 kcal (Xiaomi MiBand 5) in spite of doing additional workouts or exercising in faster pace. :/

I finally was able to do the full workout! The last 10 minutes are the hardest, but they are worth the effort you put on them. Top top top video.
