Tropical Storm Lee From My House in Fredericton, NB

On September 16, 2023. Atlantic Canada would be greeted with Post Tropical Storm Lee.
The storm would arrive early morning as the winds intensified throughout the morning. The strongest winds were felt between 11-12 in the morning where 50 to 70km/h wind gusts were felt. The rain would pick up as well and would fall steady throughout the afternoon. By the end, we would pick up 2.45 inches of rain or 63mm. Downed trees and localized flooding were reported.
Over 88,000 people were without power. NB Power would repair outages for most of the storm keeping that number under 40,000 at a time. We never lost power at the house.
