After 33 years of service to his community, band director Chris Pitlik will retire at the end of the academic year. He conducted his final concert on Wednesday, May 15.
District 218 choral directors Brianna Tyler, Tina Jacklin, and Josh Hammann joined in the salute to their colleague by singing with the band as they performed "Proud To Be An American." Former Shepard choral directors Roland Hatcher and Michael Fallon, who worked with Chris for 28 years, returned to campus to perform with them too!
