I did this too. Couldnt find the part number for the trd uca, so I went with total chaos. Loving it so far.

Can't go wrong with TC! We just installed some Total Chaos UCAs on a new land cruiser, we loved them too! Video of that install coming soon

the outer two bolts in the top plate are closer together than the inner two, i made a display for the uca's and struts. looks like king made them equal.

Don't worry, your shocks will out last the motor and transmission. At least you'll have good shocks to sell to 3rd gen Tacomas

@@jbcope1000 hes implying the trans and motor will shit out before the shocks. i just wanted to know why he thinks this XD

@whatyoulookinatfoo I understand. I was saying the 4th gen shocks don't fit the 3rd gen. Alot of people are being negative about the 4th gen for not much reason. I traded in my 3rd for it and it is so much better. Time will tell whether or not these have that legendary toyota reliability. I'm betting on yes.

You should be more concerned about your transmission mysteriously vapor locking….

yea the transmission issue only affects certain vin numbers.

It's unfortunate that Toyota has marginal quality now.. what to see exactly how much Toyota quality has suffered?.. go test drive a 2024 LC 1958 and see how a $45k vehicle with a $15k "Land Cruiser" emblem feels like...

It's bad..really bad...for $60k (1958 model) you get manual seats, cheap hard plastic interior, sub par tech, rental car quality fabric , a hood prop (not struts) and anemic turbo 4 hybrid , a battery pack plopped down in the cargo area, and yes it looks 100x worse in person...and a ride quality akin to a 1970s Cadillac..super floaty...there's a reason why I'll keep my 07 FJ amd its 334k trouble free miles... Toyota should be ashamed of their overpriced garbage...😮.

@@BERZERKERSV4 that sucks because i love the look of the higher trim lc models. i got my sport 4x4 hybrid tacoma for 46. with a certified pre owned warranty because they bought it from another dealer ship. vin isn't one of the ones affected by the fod in the trans. but all in all im very happy with my new taco.
