Great way to start the day! I love dumbbell snatches, but my kettlebell is too heavy (8kg) for me for a single handed snatch. I tried it and then switched back to my heaviest dumbbell. Did manage to do the single arm kettlebell chest press! Very proud of myself for that!

I like these combo videos and you do great job with making these so dynamic and different. I also love all these April and May daily workouts. My only feed back is your form when working with a kettlebell. Your clean and squats/ press should be one continuous movement. I use 30 lb kettlebell and if I followed your moves exactly I would badly injure myself. Thankfully I have training on how to use kettlebells correctly so I alter the movement. I normally skip all your kettlebell video because your combos and movement are so unrealistic for a heavy weight. I follow Strong First they do a great job explaining the why behind each movement. One last positive note you do a great how to do a kettlebell swing video, and your swings look good! Please take this feedback lightly you make so many amazing videos and this is the only serious feedback I have wanted to give to you for years. Thank you so much for what you do.

I've been doing Weight Watchers for a long time and just recently quit my membership and I'm using a similar plan to WW. With that being said, what do you suggest for me to get started?

Yay! Love working unilaterally with the single dumbell and Kettlebell! It really helps you to see where your weaker muscles are and then work on training them! And, working the core is always fantastic! Awesome workout! 💪🔥💦🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟💛😁❗
I usually love your workout but this going back and forth from explanation to doing the exercise was painful to watch. Too much down time between moves.
