    I agree the Bass-VI is a cool instrument, I have a similar one an Ibanez SR406NT from 1998. It too is a 6 strings altho unlike yor Bass-VI, which at first glance looks like a slightly oversized guitar, my bass is VERY obviously a bass. Its huge and heaby, but love it cuz I can play it as an octave lower guitar albeit with a slightly different strum and fretting techniques. Never seen a Bass-6 here in Hawai'i and would love to get one! 👍🏼

      I think that was the Yellowcake Furry Burrito and the harmonic trem on the Strymon Flint

    What modulation were you using on the epiphone (wedding guitar) clip?

    Hey Mike, did you get the Electra to put its bridge in the Cuomocaster? I remember you were looking for a very particular bridge for it.

      Not to put it on, sadly it's longer and won't line up properly. But there are plans in place...

    How did you paint the headstock on the Bass VI Mike? Would love to do that to mine but afraid of doing a bad job!

      I just used some black nitro from Stew Mac. Really quick job too!

    great playing man.Why did you feel the need to change the tailpiece on the Sonic Blue Jazzmaster?

    • @Puisheen
      @Puisheen  3 года назад +1

      I just vastly prefer the feel of the older, stiffer springs on '60s vibratos, and particularly '58-'61 PAT PEND units, though they all feel way better to me than reissue. AVRI is great, I just like more spring tension

      @@Puisheen Many thanks for the swift reply. Can a stiffer spring be purchased?

    • @Puisheen
      @Puisheen  3 года назад

      @@sharonlee4773 Of course, no problem. Springs CAN be found on Darren Riley or Angela from time to time but they haven't been around for some time. Mastery is a good option for stiffer springs too
