We use packers to keep the car off the ground and keep the aero bits working. It’s a bump rubber with plastic shims that allow us to adjust the point of engagement. Small changes yield big results when you are in the window of the aero working. This is independent of the coil spring. Formula cars or prototypes use a heave or 3rd spring.

Could be the aggressive splitter (tunnels/diffusers)
