The alarm! LOL! I set my alarm so I don’t forget my dog outside on cold days! Yours went off and I totally got up to let him in. Spoiler! He already was! Geez! Getting old is a bear!😂
I found a death wish mug in perfect condition out by our dumpster this morning with a bunch of Starbucks location mugs! I wouldn’t have even known to look for it if you hadn’t told me.
Jocelyn, the ashtray with the Balinese dancers is by California potter Marc Bellaire. The value for a bit larger bowl from the same series is $250 in the California Pottery book from 1999.
Sorry about the changes you are to face!! I love your. Videos and all your trips!! I am in a wheelchair due to a fall and I really enjoy your trips..it helps to pass my days!! God Bless..Syble Pullam
Best of luck to you in all your transitions. I pray that it will go great for you and your family. I feel that you are great at multitasking but a bit of help from others might be a good thing. Enjoy your videos and all your info.
Amazing score with the vintage hats!!! They would each be around $65.00 each on Etsy or a vintage boutique; I have sold similar ones!! At the Goodwill in Seattle each hat would have been around $15.00. So just the hats alone would be more than your entire total. Love the petite piece of art by Tanja Ware!! The head vase looked like Sophia Loren!! Fun shop a long!! Thank you for sharing!!
When those old hats and fascinators get raggedy, they can be recycled for crafting or refreshing vintage decor such as trinket box repair and embellishment. I buy them for the fruits, flowers, feathers, bits and bobs, and definitely the real satin and velvet ribbons and hat bands.
Some of the Emmet Kelly Junior clowns actually have good resale value, especially the ones by Ron Lee. They are worth looking up. Great find on the artwork and the ornaments will sell well. Love your channel so much. I am often bed bound due to a very rare and painful kidney disease. I look forward to your videos. Your a great distraction from my pain and I learn from you all the time. Thank you for what you do.
That's ok not outro. You are a busy morher and one on tbe way. Take care of yourself. I'm to a sucker for cats and birds. And love the glass you picked up.💜🦉🦊🐧🌺🌹
I just love your videos! And Laurel is beautiful! You help me through the lockdown of covid. And watching your videos has made me want to be a reseller. I'm just scared. So who knows if I will. I just want to thank you for the video you make. I love the new house you and your family have bought. I wish you all the best and good luck with any adventure you have!
You don’t know what she’s looking it up for…maybe she’s checking to see what people are interested in right now. Maybe the money goes towards a charity and she wants to get enough for the cause. It’s not very nice to judgementally assume the worst of others is it? Hmmm? Besides you’ve got your own channel obviously to be rude on.
Sarah Knight...I have worked charity shops for hospice care and animal organizations. It is nice to know when you receive a valuable donation for resale. It really helps the fund raising. It helps those flipping cause they still have profit room. I sent a thank you note to donors to let them know their donation helped care for others.
@@jackiesmithsmetaldetecting nope not at all our prices are really low but if something of value comes in we can mark it a little bit higher but nowhere near the price it could make - we need to make a little money to keep the charity running !
I am about to watch and will be very surprised and happy for you if you find anything great here! Not at the top of my list of nearby Goodwills unfortunately. At least the space is nicer than their old spot! Try Morgantown Reuzit or Re-Uzit Shop of New Holland the next time you venture this far over!
1:49. You should have picked up the grey frame on its stand. Those are good sellers. 18:02 your camera zoomed past a white quilted lightening rod ball. That one is worth checking the price on as there are so many collectors for them and they are more collectible when they have raised patterns on them...it may go for up to $50 plus shipping. I also always look for glass ashtrays with advertising. I have been getting them at our local antiques stores for $5 each and they go from $15 to $25 plus shipping. 18:20 You passed up anthropomorphic turkey salt and peppers, probably made in Japan, always worth a look.
Next time you are in Morgantown, go one mile up Rt23 on the right hand side of the road to a Mennonite church thrift store. It’s awesome. I used to live in Chester Co PA and loved thrifting at that store.
Bless your heart... too many moving pieces sometimes. Mee too, and I'm not expecting. Love you, and your sweet manor, Jocelyn! 💐 Love to the fam, too. 💟
Hello - I spotted a piece from my childhood behind the 3-piece children's fish pottery set. It was a "rooster and roses" plate from the 50's or 60's. It's by PY UCAGCO.
So I'm listening to this and I swear that my mom and aunt are chatting in the background! LOL Could just be cause they're from Reading and have the same accent!
The "puppy dog" in the case in the 2nd half of the video is a Royal Doulton bulldog. I had smaller one that I sold for close to $400. I wonder what the price on the larger one was?? If it has the RN 645 658 on the bottom that is the one that fetches big bucks!
You just can't see the 'g' but that little Saami fellow carved in wood is Henning, from Norway. He would have been matched with a little lady, sitting. Henning figurines are very sellable/collectable among the Norwegian-American groups.
I love watching your videos, because one, I learn a lot, and two you are a delight! I’ve done some thrift shopping myself, found some great pieces, but now I just want to keep them… how do you restrain from keeping all your cool finds?! 😆😂
Thank you for sharing your packing routine. Was wondering why you don't put a packing slip or address card inside the boxes? When shipping anything, I've always had a fear of something messing up the label on the box and how they would know where the box should go. Again, thanks for sharing. Your videos s have been very informative.
Have you ever checked out the Morgantown Market and Mill Property Antiques (side by side) right on Main Street in Morgantown? Don't know if their prices are good or high, though
You should have checked the price on that british flag draped bulldog. It is worth a couple of hundred dollars. It is a limited edition of a James Bond movie. Collectors will pay for it. Cheers
The alarm! LOL! I set my alarm so I don’t forget my dog outside on cold days! Yours went off and I totally got up to let him in. Spoiler! He already was! Geez! Getting old is a bear!😂
Do some artsy shots of yourself with the hats , you'll love looking at them one day! They are especially clever.
I use the old ashtrays as spoon rests in the kitchen. the "dip" for the cigarette is just right for the handle of a spoon.
Great idea!
Me too!
Best of luck to you and Andrew! We love you!! Thanks for all you do. Don’t stress. We’ll stick with you cause you are so stinkin cute!!
Hello Diane
Cool, cool artwork find Jocelyn…that’s your trained eye for value again! I love that mulberry ashtray too. The colours are beautiful. Good haul!
I found a death wish mug in perfect condition out by our dumpster this morning with a bunch of Starbucks location mugs! I wouldn’t have even known to look for it if you hadn’t told me.
The hats make me think of I Love Lucy era.
That last piece of glass is amazing!
Jocelyn, the ashtray with the Balinese dancers is by California potter Marc Bellaire. The value for a bit larger bowl from the same series is $250 in the California Pottery book from 1999.
At 4:49 there was an easy bake oven, it was a modern one, but I had one of the original ones from the 1960s.
My little sister got one. May have been closer to early 70's. I used it more than she did. I loved that thing!
I can’t believe that little painting had a value of $150. What a score!
Sorry about the changes you are to face!! I love your. Videos and all your trips!! I am in a wheelchair due to a fall and I really enjoy your trips..it helps to pass my days!! God Bless..Syble Pullam
Yes! I let out a woohooo!
I'd bet money that first hat is from the 50s. Lucy can be seen wearing and drooling over such hats on I Love Lucy.
Great deal on the ornaments!
I loved the Lady with the wardrobe malfunction...burst out laughing when you said that!!! What a great trip!
Love the yellow dish scratches and all.
The chips on the Egyptian lamp fit in perfectly for what you see in Egyptian tombs

Love that glasses set. Blue and green.
I love that black and white "additude'" vase too cool!
Loved that latch hook rug.
The mom, vase!! Hilarious!! The lady with the frog is beautiful and so elegant!
Hello Diana
Old large ashtrays make great dip dishes as they include slots for spoon or knives to rest.
Thought for sure Andrew was getting a new mug, lol. Great finds, loves the mulberry ashtray!
Really different items today to pick up. Enjoy watching and learning.
I love your videos. I'm a nurse and work nights. It takes me a while to unwind and I have a routine of watching your videos before heading to bed.
Loving the lady and her frog prince!😍😍😍💟💙
I’d guess that hat goes behind one’s ears. They were a very cool find.
My Great Aunt wore hats like that one you bought...she even made her own sometimes to match her dresses.

I had that mushroom bottle and I got that in the late 70's.
The small artwork wow!!

The blue pottery mug you picked up (in the back of shelf) with the TL signature is Tom Longacre pottery -great stuff!
Those hats are from the 20's and 30's vintage and in great condition!
I bet Kate would like that lady with the warbrobe malfunction mug too🤣🤣
Love the old hats
Congratulations on your little. May she have an amazing life.
That cranberry vase would look great in your new house!!!
My daughter overdosed this morning and almost didn’t survive. Watching your videos is the only comfort I have at this moment. Thank you.
Prayers
I’m so sorry. I can’t imagine what you’re going through. She must have had a guardian angel looking over her.
Prayers coming your way 🙏 Many blessings and God will not leave you, stay in faith with your head held high, you are loved. 💞
Prayers for her and for your whole family. Stay strong and keep watching when you need diversion.
Prayers for you and yours ❤️
The hats would be great for a theater group.
Great idea!!
Andrew would have gotten a kick out of that wardrobe malfunction mug! You found some beautiful pieces!
I loved the cat box. I hope you got it.

That kitten box at the goodwill was so cute.
I run my own charity in Portsmouth England we recently opened a charity shop so I watch you to know what to look out for !!! Thank you so much 💓 xx
So you watch what comes in for ???

I used to live in Reading, Pa so I am familiar with Morgantown area. Good to see you today as always 💕
Hello Libby
I'm really so so so happy for you both...
Your Goodwill stores have much more reasonable prices than mine! Seattle.
Everything in Seattle, is outrageous and everyone is moving to the smaller cities, and making them into Seattle and Bellevue, it sucks.
Bless your heart... too many moving pieces sometimes. Mee too, and I'm not expecting.
Love you, and your sweet manor, Jocelyn! 💐
Love to the fam, too. 💟
Loved the horse paperweight early on at Adamstown and clear horse bookends that were next to the wispy blue glass set
Great shopping I would have a hard time limiting myself,.
That Japanese teaset is lovely.
Love your show. Take your time. It will work out. I'll keep watching
I thought you should have bought the lady with a dress malfunction for Andrew! 😂

Those hats are stunning!❤️❤️❤️xxxxxxx
Great hats!
What?? Her art sells for that?? Wow!
Love those hats 👍
I've gotten behind on your videos, sorry, but I just love getting small reflective glimpses of your baby bump. I am so happy for you and your family.
Did you pick up that beautiful Art Glass angel?
So I'm listening to this and I swear that my mom and aunt are chatting in the background! LOL Could just be cause they're from Reading and have the same accent!
It’s completely possible. This wasn’t too far from Reading. 😅
That was an Emmett Kelly Clown figurine. Some are very valuable. We had a stuffed one many years ago for the children.
Kate would luuuvvvv that 1 risque coffee mug.. lol
Janet Jackson mug...lol

The red vase is Czech. I have smaller one I bought several years ago and it was pricey.
Avon is no longer in Australia 🇦🇺
Hope You’re doing well, Jocelyn. Can someone please link me to George’s video about the glass shoes. Thank you
It looked like the beautiful painted box purse was $35 not $85. It was so cute! I was hoping you could hear my screaming...lol
That tan and black hat ... whoo. The lady who wore that didn't mind a little attention.
I went to Goodwill today I found a clay bumble platter I paid 2.99. I was so excited to find it Thank you for all your information
What are you asking for the Pony Boy Scrapbook? My new grandson's nursery theme is Cowboy, so we may need it. :)
Have you ever checked out the Morgantown Market and Mill Property Antiques (side by side) right on Main Street in Morgantown? Don't know if their prices are good or high, though
The Mom vase! LoL 🤣😆
Those hats are from the 50s. They are in amazing condition
Your hair looks great!! Love your videos!!
