What sets smash apart from other fighting games is early kills. In a game like street fighter, every attack behaves the same at every point in the game, meaning a game can last a theoretical minimum amount of time depending on the matchup and no sooner. Smash doesn't have that restriction because stocks can be taken at any point regardless of current health, and games can last a fraction of its expected time because of decisions made in the moment.
Very true. I think the only time 'regular' fighting games can compare to this is if there's a Ring Out function in their arenas. And even then, those aren't usually legal for some reason.

I can’t imagine how stressful it can be to play a lightweight character against a heavyweight with insane amounts of kill power, having to occasionally die at _very_ low percents like that fox at the beginning. Granted the Incineroar had near max rage and also hit the sweet spot of his f-smash, that’s not surprising that the fox died there 😂
as a sora main I can confirm that it is indeed stressful seriously despite how mobile sora is one good hit from a ganon at over 100% can send sora to his namesake

It's no use. As much as we all want them gone, they'll still keep spawning from the underworld. The very least we can do is ignore them (or at least wait until youtube gets off of their assessment and actually find a solution to the bot problem).

A couple of these choices didn't feel disgustingly early, unless maybe you're counting the entire string and not just the killing blow. Giant Punch killing at 60% and Wonderwing killing at 50% were the two I noticed.
If a move deals 999% and kills you while you were at 0% you died at 0%, not 999%.
So no, that Wonderwing killed at 20% and that’s early
