It is only surpassed by their incompetence behind the wheel. They think of themselves as pedestrians when on their two wheelers and when they graduate to cars they seem clueless of the extra width and length they now have and continue like a pedestrian on a stroll in the park. By the way this particular toll plaza operates a scam. You can see the street vendors in the video. They pay the operators to slow down the processing and build long queues so that they can do some business.
Yes even the Fastag don't work here. Many times it shows 'black-listed', and you pay in cash only to know that the amount has been deducted form your account. Also, the exempted tags don't get exempted and the operators gather to fight if you try to reason with them. Its a nightmare crossing this toll..

This toll is worst toll ever, Khed-Shivapur toll on NH 4, Pune-Bangalore route. Every time you go there there is huge line. And service is also very slow.

This is not new and happens at most toll gates....some idiots think that they are smart and can cut across the queue...and shoulder the other cars.... this is basically nothing to do with driving as such...it is the arrogant mentality of such people who disrespect other road users....if you have a larger car, then they think that they can push others around whether at toll gates or even while changing lanes.. the law abiding citizens are the ones who pay for following the law !! Unless these incidents are monitored at toll gates and there is heavy price provisioned for law breakers, thes instances will continue to happen. All traffic violations need to tracked and has to be associated with heavy fines that ultimately lead to revocation of driving licence and impounding of the vehicle, nothing is going to change !!

I am from Pondicherry and I saw just 1 MH12 yesterday on the highway, it was going in the slow left lane at 60kmph. There are good drivers too.
