I say ignore them - one of the things about losing a lot of my hearing is that I don't have to listen to the "drags" anymore. There is a top on my hearing aids called "World Off". Only a tap away.
Great to see you Mike. LOL trying to end that video was what I call a "southern goodbye"... it lingers ha ha... Steaks not the way I'd cook them (quick seared and rare rare rare!) But they did look excellent and I was surprised still tender after almost well done. Definitely great meat! God bless my brother take care
I grew up aka my first Job was working at a prime rib/steak house. The first 30 years was cooking on a 3ft x 3 ft gas grill. Then they opened up a 6ft x 2 ft open pit mesquite grill. All logs no charcoal. Had the wheel to lower or lift higher the grill also to load more wood. I would cook anything from t-bones , 6 and 9 oz filet's, rib eye bone in, 6 oz salmon steaks and 6 oz chicken breasts. And not one miss cook. Usually around 400 meals.Anyhow I had customers say their steaks were over cooked just by going with the ends of the steak. But my dogs never mind. I love my steaks when I can chase it around my plate and it'll moo when cut into. Lol . But if it is cooked right a well done steak can be juicy as all heck. Well with the hater's,who cares they only feed off your emotions? FYI I'm considered as the Eggman around Vagabond base camp.

Hey, just a suggestion… The next time you cook a steak, you might want to slice up a potato 🥔 sprinkle some olive oil and spread a pkg of dry Lipton onion soup mix on it. Wrap it all up in aluminum foil and let it sit on the grill. Guaranteed you’ll love it :)

I must be weird, I rarely ask questions about stuff. I'm cool with what ever you share. Saving or not, it's up to you if you treat yourself to a couple steaks or not! Being a failure at marriage myself I don't ask about ex's as things like that can be tough stuff to relive!. I moved from NorCal to NE Florida to marry fory 4 the time. That one lasted 7 ish years then ended in divorce. So here I am 11 years later and single. I rarely eat much red meat myself. However I do eat some, mostly venison. I enjoy back strap and make various rice burger dishes as venison is to me the best. My hope is that you receive blessings from God and share your vids. I enjoy hearing from you on it and tend to keep mostly to my self. I live in a 30' camp trailer that I rent monthly. It's a tad bit lonely but only due to me staying in too much lol.

Normally there would have been even a one liner like wife didn't want to travel so we split. It went from her in another room to him giving up his lease like she was not part of the process. So the human mind kind of stops at that gap and says ... wait.. wasn't there a wife in this story. We do the same thing watching movies and TV shows that skip over something.

That steak looks delicious. The hurricane Beryl tore a rough patch throughhouston 2 million without power. We were out 4 days so no u tube until today .
