I'm so sorry for your loss 💔It's so incredibly hard, and I can totally see forming a special attachment to what was comforting at that painful time. My favorite candle purchases of 2023 were also South of Sanity. One masterpiece after another IMO. My favorite is the exquisite Mad Hatter's Tea Party - so lovely and calming, it's an instant good mood. Second place has to be Werewolf, the best earthy musk I've ever smelled. It was also my first year buying Kringle Halloween and I was impressed with how genuinely spooky they are. Next year I'll know to pounce before they sell out. Thanks for another great video!

Interesting choices! You seem to like florals, smoky, gourmands- a bit of everything. I only burned BBW candles and I am mostly gourmand girlie. Marshmallow Fireside/ Black Cherry Merlot was in my top 12. I also liked Vanilla & Musk and Moonlit Graveyard a lot even though they are not gourmands. My favorite this year was Radiant Red Maple . If you like Banana look out for BBWs current release of Hummingbird Tea Cake. Also try Banana Bundt Cake if it makes a return.
What a great review. I do have to disagree with you on BBW's Thanksgiving dinner candle. I absolutely love it. I saved enough to get another Thanksgiving out of it. Virgil does rule.
