      Here in Portugal, a country in which football is pretty intrinsic to the culture, most accessible pitches for the common person are AG as well as the pitches for clubs lower than 3rd division. Still, for the past couple of years it has been hard to find AG models for adults that aren't the top end ones. You can easily find AG boots for kids but for adults it's impossible unless you want to spend 300€. You can only find MG for nike and puma (the nike MG is just the FG pattern, it's ridiculous).

MIJ stays in a foot last for days instead of hours. There’s also a difference in qc checks. The Vietnam one feels thicker - which felt safer. Something that was super noticeable was in Japan, the MIJs are $170. The Vietnam one is $140. The reason the MIJ is expensive for us is tariffs.

    I wear size 43 EU (27,5 cm) for my Tiempo Legend. Should I buy size 42 EU (which is 27cm) for the Mizuno? If I buy size 42,5 (27,5cm) I’m worried that they could run long. Please let me know asap, thank you

      The US sizing tends to be a little more consistent than EU sizing. I wear the same US size in both the Tiempo and the Alpha, although the Alpha does run a touch longer

    In case you missed it, another difference between the japan and elite model is the carbon fiber insert. You'll see those after remove the insoles😉. Anyway, I couldn't agree more with Josh the elite model is worth value of money with no-brainer.

    • @suguruogawa
      @suguruogawa Год назад +3

      The thing is it really doesn't make much of a difference. I have both and tbh I feel like the elite is better anywhere other than Japan. However, if you live in Japan, you can get the MIJ for below $200usd which is great if you ask me. That's why Japanese people always choose local brands, cuz to them it's so much cheaper than more mainstream brands in the west.

      No it doesn’t

    • @varelaiazul817
      @varelaiazul817 Год назад +4

      It does sometimes. The best examples of this are the Mercurial Vapor 13 and 14 Elite. I’ve had several pairs in different colorways of both models. I noticed the colorways with a clear polyurethane coating feel more flexible and softer out of the box than a colorway with a solid colored coating. The Spark Positivity Superfly 8 felt firmer and slightly thicker than the Volt yellow Vapor 14s I had, which felt much softer and flexible form brand new. Those Superfly 8s have the same Vaporposite upper, but the solid color polyurethane coating and the extra graphics make the upper feel both stiffer and ever so slightly thicker, when compared to a standard colorway. Same thing with the Flyknit based Vapor 13 the clear coated colorways (the ones were you can see the high tenacity yarns in the upper) were more flexible and easier to break in than the ones with a solid colored coating.
