I love your composition notebook journals. I started my first one last month, after seeing one of your flip-throughs, and am enjoying myself immensely. Your artwork is beautiful. I’ve been doing my journal pages very similar to yours; watercolors with metallic splatters. I love the look. I was wondering, are you using acrylic paints for some of your artwork? I haven’t tried using acrylics in my composition book yet, but I really like the way your paintings look. Thank you so much for sharing your talent with us!!

I hope you get as much joy as I do from playing in your composition notebook journal! 🤩 Yes I do use acrylic paint, inks, as well as other water soluble media; and I collage with mat medium. I typically glue two pages together when I plan on using acrylic just for more stability and strength. Let me know how yours comes along!

What kind of pen do you use to write on your beautiful painted pages?
Adding links to the description for these pens. Uniball Air and Pentel EnerGel are the two I use in this journal. I love them both!
