Hi, understandable, glad you got it in the end! I’m mostly done on a better tutorial with a more compact 4x4 elevator. I agree it’s a shame the slime and honey can’t be hidden at all. Was there anything in particular you had trouble with btw?
It still works for me in the latest version, I’m not sure what you’ve built wrong to stop only the honey blocks. Try and make sure you only have non-stick blocks like obsidian around the elevator, the honey could be sticking to something like stone or glass touching the honey?

Edit 2:I managed to get it working but when it goes down sometimes it randomly leaves the floor behind while the rest goes down
Awesome! Make sure the repeaters at the top are on 4 ticks of delay and there are no blocks for the floor to stick to like stone. Should be an easy fix :)

Could I use a warped nether button instead of a wooden one. I know you said to don't use stone buttons so I was wondering if that applied to nether buttons too?

At 12:59 I show some blocks you can use to cover up the pistons with, you can also use moss, beacons, lodestone, or shulkers :) Moss is my personal favourite to use

I had to rebuild it and now it works are the call buttons nessasery for a 2 player world

Yes! Absolutely! It works on every Minecraft version 😃 (except Java)
plus build an elevator from a height of Y 100 to y -58 :)

Same, it works most of the time but sometimes it just breaks and you have to rebuild the machine again
