Just recently started playing this and I have to say this is a better medieval game then what Kingdom Come Deliverance turned out to be. Not shaming that game but for everything it does right it's mechanics make it more frustrating than fun. And I don't play on PC so I can't mod those frustrations out, but this game understands it's medieval setting it doesn't throw too many frustrating mechanics at player but expects the player to understand the mechanics it does have and I understand them well. Plus I love the fact they created a world that you can replay over and over and the more that you replay it the more that you learn about the world to make the next Replay easier. But for survival game this is right up there with Ark for me.
