In elementary school when they did the hearing test I failed one once. My mom took me to the dr and they removed a TON of wax. There was enough that it did effect my hearing.
@@ericaschaidt8588 The location matters too. I went scuba diving once and I couldn't really hear in one year afterward even though I could hear fine before. I went to get my ear checked and the doc told me it was just some earwax blockage in my ear canal. The water and pressure must have caused the earwax in my ears to dislodge or shift and block my ear canal.
@@ericaschaidt8588 yea it rly does. I wear hearing aids and it like builds up when I wear them, so I get my ears cleaned all the time and it rly helps
My allergies cause me to build up alot of wax. One time, in high school,I had to go home early because i stopped hearing in one of my ears (felt stuffed). Went to the doctors the same day and that cleaning was the most satisfying thing I've ever felt. Words cannot describe how irritating it feels when you build up a lot of wax.

I love how Jack just disappeared after he had no wax. He talked himself up much and had nothing to show for it! 😂
One day hearing from left ear just went out, and I started having this permanent ringing sound coming from it. And after like 2 months I was like, "I guess I can't hear out of my left ear anymore :/" Then one day my hearing came back for like two weeks and went deaf again. I figured my ear was a lost cause. About 7 months later my gf volunteered to use this ear pick to take any potential wax out of my left ear just cause. She took out a piece of ear wax about the size of beetle (not even lying). And now I can hear like normal. Video reminded me of that.
Same, but with my right ear after losing hearing for a month. I legit thought I got a whole pebble out, it wa SO hard and dry it bounces when it hit the floor loll.
Skipped forward a bit and just saw the word beetle. I swear to god, you’re going to give me a heart attack, Manuel.

I have to get my ears cleaned every 4-6 months but i have to go through ent at the hosptial and depending on how much wax you have it fricking hurts yiu feel the air blowing out from behind your eyes best thing is ask ur doctor or you can get them privately done i live in uk so how it works here may be different to somewhere else
