i am show about making brushless dc motor. the three copper coil using this project. the rotor making a neodymium magnets.

The windings shouldn't sloppily overlap as well. Eventually there will be issues with the motor if the insulation begins to strip off

There' is a huge open market for making motors heat up
The motor would turn on and off so it doesn't overheat
Even if it only lasts weeks
Right now they use polyimide heaters that require semi conductors that no one can make
Making motors heat up is a huge untouched industry
For billions of purposes
The smaller the motor the better
From my understanding if the motor uses less current then the powering source the motor heats up

Why do you use. 110 turns when making the coils?. Thanks for sharing love these diy executive toys.
I think it's because of the wire's thickness. More turns is better, but he wanted to fit it all and don't have the coil sticking out
Wouldn't it have more torque and speed if the magnets were 3 sets arranged 120 degrees to each other ?
It woud'nt work because you need am equal nomber of each polarity so that the the magnet interfer correctly with the magnectic field of the coils

How does that actually work if the coil is supposed to wrap around something metal, PVC is an insulator.
Wrapping it around something metal would greatly improve the efficiency of the motor but, there is still a a magnetic field to attract and repel the permanent magnets which is what causes the motor to spin.

Hello everyone, I am trying to make my own brushless engine inspired by this one. I even buy a controller for it. Unfortunatly, my engine only work for 8 second before he stop. I tied to move the coils, change the rotor, and put a 4 magner rotor. I event 3d printed a rotor in order to try to have a balanced rotor, but it doesn't seems to have any effext. My engine has work once and when i tried it after this time he never worked again. I have no idea why i worked that times but i am trying to figures it out. I tried the controller on a manufactured engine to see if he had a problem, but he was working well. Does anyone have an idea of what could be the problem be?

Ngarang banget yakin .. kui kabel 3 phase ne bisa di gandeng kayakui aduh ye konslet lah.. kui paling nang ngisor meja ana dinamo ne sing di sogi magnet di puter dadine magnet nang nduwur meja melu muter jan.
Belajar mtor 3 fasa dlu om baru komen, di video itu rangkaian delta itu namanya

@@Lnuwa rangkaian delta atau pun star pada BLDC yang di gabung adalah ujung ekor nya bukan ujung utama yang akan di beri suplay energy.. cek dulu channle saya.. saya udah mainan BLDC lama.. baik bldc dengan sensor atau sensorlles sekalipun.. dc brushed bahkan generator. Jangan suruh saya belajar kalo belum tau apa apa ya
Saya setuju. Di In nya gak perlu di lilit jadi satu. Karena ada resiko lapisan emael nya terkelupas lalu bisa konslet....
