To be fair, it'd be a conflict of interest so Law by Mike would have to refuse himself from the case or be disqualified as prosecutor for the case.

Couldn't Batman's team just question, "If that person was wearing a mask, how do you know that it was this person in the courtroom today? " without finger prints or DNA, it seems like it would be hard to confirm without a confession.

I read the title and immediately thought of a crossover story with D.C. and Marvel involving Batman and Daredevil. With Matt Murdoch (Daredevil) being hired to defend Batman, whom he doesn't know is Bruce Wayne. There's a movie here that's begging to be made.
apparently there was a crossover where that sorta thing happened and daredevil was able to figure out bruce was batman because their hearbeats matched

This immediately made me think of the one episode where all of Batman's villians abducted Batman and a Lawyer to put him on trial. The Lawyer did such a good job, he was found innocent... Before the baddies decided to attack Batman anyways. Their mistake.

Even if Batman was found guilty, realistically how are you supposed to keep him locked up? Ask any super villain, and they will tell you this guy is a master escape artist who is mastered every form of martial art known to man. Give him even a minuscule chance at escape from jail, which is pretty common in the world of superheroes, and he will. If he served his sentence, it’s because he wanted to.
Batman has been to jail before, but always on his terms. When he wants to leave, he leaves.
8:03 Yeah Mike, I think in Dc comics Joker is sent to Arkham with an insanity plead due to threatening the jury. Normally we have a death sentence but New Jersey (where Gotham is located) abolished it in 2007

I actually love this idea. Would be interesting to see other superhero scenarios where they have broken the law in some way. Like it was probably illegal for spiderman to save that train full of people, not that it would stop him but there might have bee legal consequences.
I like this idea of bringing fiction characters for crimes it’s a great idea hope Mike makes more of these.
That transition to the raid segment was so smooth. I almost always see them coming, but Mike, top of his class from Harvard Law School, segued beautifully.

In Gotham (located in New Jersey) its illegal to pump your own gas. I find it very unlikely that Batman would follow that law to fuel his Batmobile. I am sure they'll get him for at least that.
