Hi JBL. I just got the 660 LIVE and they seem pretty good. Can you tell me if any of the features (noise cancel, volume etc) can be used when using the audio connector (like on a plane). I'm trying with another device that does not have the app and can't seem to do anything so am presuming that the cable connection automatically makes the headphones a passive device.
When i plug in my headphones using the aux cable the right side plays no sound. Thoughts on this? Also i have no idea how to pair this with my Nintendo switch.

They never worked right. At first they would quit playing for no reason or would go beep-beep when I was just standing there and quit playing but the blue light would remain on. They would only hold a 2-3 hour charge before quitting. Lately they come on when I push the slider, it stays on for 30-40 seconds and then power down. My cell is a Samsung 23 ultra and in my pocket. it controls numerous things...nothing is wrong with the phone. I am going to hang these on my desk to remind me to buy NO MORE JBL. They must not do any quality control before shipping. I ran into a fellow in my weight room that bought his about the time I bought mine and he had the same problem. Too much money for a bad product!!!
JBL660 NC Headphones are as good as headphones costing over $300. I have tried most of the more expensive brands, some in the $300-$600 range. The sound quality of JBL is fantastic and sounds better than some much more expensive cans. JBL is wonderful for ambient, atmospheric, oldies, classic rock, soft rock, Motown, and classical music. If you love heavy base, they are average. The noise cancelling is great. They are comfortable to wear . The construction is high quality. They work great with JBL and Bose speakers and Bluetooth devices. There are some nice protective carrying cases available. They are great for travel. If you want to save money, buy these. You won't be disappointed.
Nah they're not bro. And since hinges are plastic, after a year it's gonna be deformed. That's 1.5-2 years headphones, then you forced to change cause of plastic construction. Don't get me wrong, they're good for ~150usd, but neither material neither sound quality comes close to 300 USD headphones, trust me. Not mentioning 600usd, we're talking different categories sir. They're bang for the buck, for sure.

Getting these set up has been one of the worst experience ever. There is no win app to use the settings. I have to use mobile app to get the useless pause feature disabled. When I tried to hook these to my PC it gave the LE option first. Naturally, I chose that one. This doesn't pair the device as audio but something else and doesn't work at all. Had to google up how to fix this problem. I found out that I need to wait longer until the actual device appear at the BT listing. This video didn't tell me that. Neither did the quick guide. Please, fix your instructions to match the reality.
Headphones are okay. Was expecting a lot more bass and louder sound coming from JBL. I have their charge 5, extreme 3, and party box 100 and this wasn’t JBL at all 😞
Bought my third pair of 660nc as my last two pairs broke over rough use. For some reason they never connect to my Samsung TV. Tried all the trouble shooting with no luck. Any help would be appreciated.

Our JBL Live 660NC has a multi-point connection feature where you can connect up to a maximum of two devices and effortlessly switch from one Bluetooth device to another. To enable this feature, press the Bluetooth button on the headphones to connect to the second device. While the first device is connected, the JBL Live 660NC will be available on your second device, and selecting it will pair and connect the two devices simultaneously.

Please try to clear the JBL Headphones App cache and allow permissions while using the app. You can also try to uninstall and reinstall it, then unpair or forget your headphones under the list of your paired Bluetooth device. If i create my own personalised soundtrack, and then use the headphones with the audiocable whilst they're turned off. Can i expect it to be the latest chosen soundtrack that is used or does it resort to using some sort of basic track since the device is turned off?
Mine keeps going on and off by itself even when not connected to a device. Tried a reset with holding both volume buttons. Did not work. Sometimes refuses to go out. Nightmare of a device.
headphones are quite nice for average usage, sound quality and when going out allot. They sadly lack tho when it comes to stuff like max volume and bass which is why i sadly had to return them and switch them for the tune 770.

It's a common issue, and it's on Sony side, not JBL. Very few headphones on the market works with PlayStation without problem, generally if you're buying headset for PS you should look for "PS Compatible". It's their way of milking some extra money, I have Denons 7200, couldn't connect them to my ps properly so needed to buy garbage playstation headset. And JBL replied you within 24h, on a RUclips comment, to few years old headset. I'm stunned. Not seen since pandemic.

Mine doesn’t enter pairing mode no matter what might have to return it. The light just stays white I’ve tried everything it won’t turn blue.
