the s2000 is a simple, very good and very nice car. awesome front mid engine setup leaves much space for the turbocharger. and no doubt these strong 4 cylinder honda engines are up to the task beeing turbocharged. they seem to LOVE getting turboed.
On this build its the CC Stage 5 clutch with upgraded pressure plate. For yours, I believe it uses the standard throw out bearing design vs. the 725 which i had on my last build. It SHOULD be pretty straight forward.
The shims is what’s giving me a problem. We did the measurements and added the shins and it wouldn’t go into gear, we took it apart again remeasured and still nothing after we bleed the car. So I spoke to clutch master today and now there telling me to do 0 shims, so that’s todays project. Hopefully it works cuz this clutch is making me wanna sell lolll
A lot of the money was saved by only having FlashPro, stock drivetrain, stock motor etc. I built my own fuel lines and fabricated a lot of my own parts so that adds up lol.
The AC lines run in the exhaust manifold area and I didn’t want to expose it to heat or have to wrap them with heat shielding. I also wanted a clean look.
I live in Florida I could really use your help with my Honda S2000 I need to tuck the fuse box too and I can’t seem to find help anywhere please lend some assistance
I’ll take pics for sure of the tuck or a lil explained video of how you went about the tuck I’m extremely happy for you too also I can’t wait to be able to drive mine omggggg looks so fun
Be sure to subscribe for future street videos of this fun S2000! 😎
Is the 6266 a T4 or T3 ? And what kind of exhaust are you running?
This popped up in my feed. Nice build I’m planning on boosting my s2000 also. 👍👍
I love the build and attention to detail. Nice work! I am starting to collect parts for my turbo s2k build and this is quite inspiring
Thank you!! Please let me know if I can assist in any way!
@@ArcLightAddicts what clutch would you recommend? I'm building the car for street use.. not any kind of competitive racing..
@@milkbubble1 Competition Clutch Stage 4. I went with unsprung cause I don’t want spring failure. Feels great and holds 600-700hp.

So clean ! What clutch does your s2000 have ? I’m trying to put the clutch master twin disk 850 and it’s so complicated.

How much did the whole build cost
Right around $7800.

Is there a certain reason you relocated the ac? I am thinking about getting the turbo kit from straightline.

Did you need to relocate the oil filter ?
No
Love the build Anthony. Got an IG? Any chance I can reach out and find out specifics on your build? I’d love to replicate what your did on my build.
Thanks! It should be @antknee1320

I thought drive by wire stoped in 05
Drive by wire is the electronic throttle and not physical cable “wire”.
Do you have Instagram bro??
Yeah. Arclight_Addicts
