Started making tacos in L.A. at the age of 13 years old originally made my own seasoning from scratch. In the late 70’s advanced to enchiladas with help from my Angeleno’s coworker from The Broadway Service Building help prefect the flavor. I live in Alabama at the age of 67, stepped my game up to tamales added to my homemade recipes. Born an raised in South Central.

I'm from México, and the first tought that came seeing the video is "Those aren't real tacos dude", you'll never see lettuce in a mexican taco anywhere, but as i cointinued watching i came to the realization that that's the beauty of it, mixing and matching our cultures is what really improves us as humans and that's how new delicious foods are made, heck, even tacos aren't entirely mexican, the pastor meat has arabian roots and i can't imagine a life without tacos al pastor.
