Just got my avata a couple days ago. Never had a drone before, certainly not an fpv. I only have the motion controller 2, but it's a lot of fun.

Hi Cousin Chad , this nothing to do with the Beautiful way you Flew this Avata but I want to ask you about my Footage with my Mini-2 , why can't I ever get the whole footage sent to someone else , it is always only half of the flight ?? The Original is here on the phone but the copy to someone is never the same ???
Are you trying to send it through text or email? There's a limit on how much you can send.

Amazing flight bro! You make it seem so easy. I was watching your flight on your phone and when the Avata shook, I thought an osprey hit it from behind. Also, nice to see the herons didn't give a 💩 about the Avata sound level. They didn't even flinch. Love the ending with the outtakes!!🤙🏽

Chad, Your flight skills have really evolved (and video production). I fly drones at work for things like data collection on the construction management side, but have been wanting to learn FPV. My employer wants a few FPV videos later this year and just bought me an Avata, which I got a few days ago. Once I figure out how to get the flight sim/controller/goggles to work on my MacBook, I will start practicing. I live in the Phoenix area and it’s been around 115 degrees, so it’s not an ideal time of the year to be outside. If I can get a handle on the FPV flying, I am going to head out to the high desert or mountains. How much time do you think it took on the sim before you felt comfortable?
Thanks. Time on the SIM can vary. It depends on how fast you can learn the skill. For me, I put in a lot of hours in a week and was ready by the second week.

I have a mini 2 previously had many other predecessors of the mini 2 the mini 1, the spark, how is the avantas range compared to the mini 2 ❤

Hi Cuz , is this the same Clarity i would actually see in my Goggles ? I am yet to see Goggles that i can really believe in , after all the Stress with Goggles ! This looks good on the Screen of my phone but does it look this good in the Goggles also ?
The goggles' image is 1080p. So, pretty much what you see on the screen in the video

Nice video! I just got the controller 2 for the Avata. Have been in the Liftoff simulator for a few days....still getting the hang of it. Not so easy to fly at first! :)
