@@clintonshiells3095 it’s a nightmare. I’ve ended up not caring as much and change it less often. Its currently on the bracelet and i’ll drop straps soon i think 🙌🏾
I was nervous for you watching that, it gave me the same breathlessness I get doing it on my other watches. Not attempted it yet on my newly acquired Explorer and I deff need to invest in a pair of those Bergeon tweezers. Thanks for sharing.
It’s difficult for me every time 🤦🏾♂️ I think the bracelet will be on for sometime now though. The tweezers really do help! The first time i took the bracelet off was with with separate tools and that wasn’t cool at all. I was actually sweating 🤣
You need to get some high temperature clear tape. It’s essential for strap changes or adjusting a bracelet. I use the 10mm (or possibly 8mm), and tape up lugs, link edges, etc.
Set your watch on the cloth dial down, hold the end of the bracelet with your left hand, tool in your right hand, then squeeze the spring bars and put into the case. You’ll avoid scratches and it’s easier
Fantastic solution, I haven’t tried and I didn’t even think if it. I need to try something new because my fingers, lugs and caseback is at risk every time haha!
I feel you doing this! I’ve got the Bergeon tool and am always nervous putting a bracelet back on. Got the tape and will try this next time.

@@AnotherDaveInParadise I’ll look into this.
Thank you very much
Couldn't post links, brand/type or suppliers here, but safe to say available at all good online behemoths.
Thank you very much 👍🏾
FYI it's orange/yellow in colour.
Cheers

I need to be more confident with it!
Thank you Kayden 🙌🏾
Have you tried to unscrew and separate the bracelet into two pieces? That way it’s easier to put bracelet back on. At least for me

Sometimes I think that I would never put bracelet back again on any of my field watches, they're all hard to put it back, man!
It’s a pain!
Maybe there’s a tool to hold the case better 🤷♂️
