Thank you so much for this! I have been looking for a better solution and on my way to develop one as well! Glad to see that there’s more people with my needs 😅 if you want to speak I am open to help and contribute 😉
Removing the impact foam is a TERRIBLE idea. The foam dissipates energy so that pressure points are never generated in the pack, and lets the thinner ski plate deform so the stress doesn’t reach the battery case. - please keep the foam in for the integrity of your battery!

@@joaoxsales you’re welcome! Would love to get some feedback 👍 Next step is to see if it fits the EX model.
well done ,,,thanks for the update ....looks good to me
Thanks 👍
I have an inquiry into Stark to see if this will fit the new EX model with it's larger battery....fingers crossed.
AXP will do a EX model if it doesn’t fit, no worries.
@@enforcer-enduro Got it today and appreciate the quick shipping - now to actually get the Varg EX delivered Mid March :( Looks to be great quality.

All that is already considered. The AXP skid plate is floating and the impact is absorbed by the skid plate itself.
