Yes the City Harbor is a new development, pretty neat right there! Several restaurants, bars, and shops like the home decorating store plus neat swings on the decks (and hotel rooms upstairs)

Is it all lake area around the tiny home community..??
i love this area.are there medical facilities close by? i would need a dr and pharmacy as i am somewhat disabled.is it super humid there like florida? its so beautiful there!
Yes, there are urgent care centers and the marshal medical center there. But near the property you have an urgent care in Woodville (less than 2 miles) and Huntsville hospital about 20-25 min away (west) or Scottsboro’s hospital 15 min (east). Not as humid or hot as Florida but it does get warm in the summer and we do have our humid days. Usually rains once a week or so
Can you swim in the lake at the tiny house village? Is it safe from amebas and bacteria?
The lake is still filling, we haven’t tested the lake water per say, there’s a lot of runoff from the property around it but the spring water that feeds into it 24/7 I have tested and there’s no bacteria in it, it’s great water! We plan to stock the lake with fish and I do plan to swim in it once it fills up, the dock is in place, etc!
Is there gas motor boat restrictions on the lake Guntersville?
Not that I’m aware of. Pretty big lake, lots of boating
