No PAIN no GAIN. Sydney Olympic Park nighttime CHOP

- Another installment of Sydney Olympic Park Pain Train, and it did not disappoint. Dropping watt bombs, fast and spicy pace lines and plenty of willing participants to suffer. Pain Train has become one of my favourite weekday rides to get an anaerobic workout in, as well as work on my sprint, my aerodynamic position on the bike, as well as bunch riding skills in a fast situation. Big shout out to Fixx Nutrition for sponsoring the Pastries Race Team in 2024. Super grateful for the gels and drinkmix which has become the basis of my fueling for these kind of rides.

Nice "drone" shot at the start! Looks like a nice easy ride for you tonight. Hope that rider at the end is ok!
Fixx nutrition is actually awesome - they have great stuff - (i'm not even being paid to say this) gets me through the Tour de Brisbane
Hey Josh, apologies if you’ve answered this before, but what settings do you have on your action camera for night time filming?
What’s the device you used to take the video ?
@joshkwan Gday Josh. Recently I was hit by a car cycling alone, and wouldn’t mind cycling along in company - how would I find out when / what time your next ride might be? Thanks in advance.
In my mind, the before and after gel should have had the rs3 acceleration noise played as you both pushed hard 😂. Unrelated question, the bikes where riders stop peddling and get this awesome tickZREEEEeE noise, is that down to buying a more expensive bike and having better componentry? If not what is the point of a tickZREEEEeE part and does it give benefits at a cost or no cost?
Sometimes we just gotta let the boys play without free draft 😘
