I would probably wonder 'why' a person is filming or taking pictures of someplace that I worked but I would never think I had the authority to tell them they 'can't' or 'it's not allowed' and that's what fascinates me with all these vids...especially the fact that they think it warrants calling the police....and even more so when the police actually turn up and behave is if they also think you shouldn't be doing it. .....it makes them all seem so completely nuts.
The thing that disturbs me is the confidence she says her disinformation with. It causes a kind of cognitive dissonance, on the one hand I know she's lying, but on the other hand the words and voice say it must be true. Imagine being a patient lied to about your status and treatment, in such an authoritative way. What chance can the typical patient have when you combine that attitude with the respect for the white coat?
You throw that line out and you hook a sucker every time. You are also the master of ‘gently’ hitting below the belt, “Get yer hair cut,” “Perhaps you like men in uniform” not to ko but to wing. So in essence, we have a bloke filming a building, from a public street, some characters come out and say you can't film patients? So is it only patients you can't film or what? How does one know? Do they wear a sign? Anyway the hospital as in the building has no responsibility whatsoever until said person or persons are on the property. Even then, they say they are not responsible in the carpark etc. So lady and The big yin, were totally talking Bollocks.
