Do you read business books or listen to audio books? If so, I highly recommend "Profit First". It totally changed how I think about my revenue vs my profit.
In 2023, I was able to cut my expenses to 39% and keep 61% as profit. That book really helped me visually frame how and where I spend money.
Thank you! It seemed pretty simple to me but I tweaked my brand colors and fonts last year and I've been liking it so far!
I love reading book in general, but also to improve my business. I've heard of that book but haven't read it yet. I'll put it on my list!
