Another alumni! I love how much you can personalize HB90! I do more of an HB Monthly (I know, I know) because quarterly just didn't vibe with me, and I haven't used a kanban board in a while, but I learned so much from it and it's helped me streamline my planning. I actually get projects finished and make progress instead of bouncing among twenty things now.
I'm a huge HB90 fan too! Your view of goal setting - achievable, challenge, and dream - is really helpful for me. I always feel a bit defeated when I miss best, which is the usual case (and it made me not want to set this kind of measurable goals). But your terminology really brings me back to the HB90 intention - to create and achieve realistic goals while moving toward your dreams. HB90 is about mindset and perspective, and your goal language really helped to shift mine. Thank you!
HB90= Planner Peace for me. Looking forward to her updates for next year because, honestly, I don’t know how she can improve on the system. Creative Blessings!
HB90 Alumni! I like your scale of achievable, stretch, and dream. I keep my goals number based but I do the opposite of Sarra and plan my goals around numbers that I have more control over because I have a chronic illness and ADHD. Instead of a sales goals, I have a book publishing goal and a marketing accountability goal. There’s an element of luck to self-publishing, so I’d rather define my success around the factors I can control.

It's such a flexible system!

Hi alumni! I totally get that and that's why I touched on the luck last week-not to say people don't work hard, but luck is a factor!
Awesome tips. Thanks for sharing. Have a great day. 😊 👍75 likes
Thank you!
I thought I'd already watched this, but hadn't. Love your tips, Rhian! And I am also an HB90 alum. It's been such a helpful course.
You're welcome! I love the course. Even if it doesn't always go to plan with my family life 😅
