3.5, thats insanity man🤘
Keep the R content coming as long as you have it love seeing the car as it swayed my decision in getting one! excited to see whats going to come after though. when you do sell are you putting it back to stock or going to try to sell as is?
3,5 sec 0-60 is nuts. Best I got from my stock R is 4,5 sec. I wanna go stage 2 soon but I still need to get some more cash since full IE stage 2 is quite pricey. I might go stage 1 first to see how much it wakes up the car. I recently got a remus catback but without a downpipe it's not as loud as I hoped it would be. OPF fcks up the sound completely.
Last summer I ran a 3.59 as my best time ever on really worn summer tires on 19 Prets. Of course over the winter I don't race but looking forward to running 18s this summer so naturally im trying to get get down to 3.4 if I'm lucky on some PS4S.
Thats very good. last time i did my Draggy run on my IE stage 3 MK7 R, i did a 3.53sec 0-60!
Nice video Pete! When you had your stage 2 GTi, I had the same car/setup then I sold it for a 2019 Rabbit over 4 years ago, which I swap the Is20 for an Is38 with APR fbo on 93. It must feel good to have good traction compared to the gti 🤪 hahah but man the same setup on a
Gti (FBO is38) pulls really good on the highway hahaha. Do you have some 60-130 times?! My PB is 10.40
And yes we always want to see more! cheers
Hey Pete what battery maintainer do you use? Also in NH! Enjoy the vids…
Nice!!
IE downpipe, remus catback sounds rowdy yet not offensive such as IPE.
Have you noticed any HP gain just by the Remus catback? Just a little? 5hp maybe?
On the fence about Remus catback as it's no small change... so wondering if on-paper it has any HP gains, or by butt-dyno feel...
Prem content, keep it up
So you don't have to turn stability control off? As he said(holding the traction botton) I've always thought you had to, to launch it?
What's your tune settings, just refreshed after over a year... did a stage 2 lt file with 3000rpm don't see a ton of options, or where to find launch control options etc, looking for a good set up, any help would be rad
Soo good.pls pls can you take 60 130 mph and 100 200 kmh time?
Question on the IE flash wizard how Do you know when the tune has a revision?
I use the mobile phone app for iOS. I check the app weekly.
Dude I had a stage one just intake and got 3.4 lol. If it had Quattro instead of Haldex it would be like 3.3
you can go way faster with the correct mounts, tires, & ground temp
What tires you running ?
235 Continental DWS06 Plus
Take it back to the track
My only experience w ie is them releasing rolling antilag and watching two ppl I follow blow their motors a few days in also after speaking to an ie dealer they admit to being sent “special” files to use in street racing etc for advertising that end up being waaay faster than the base maps they sell glad you have had good experience with them but I wouldn’t reccomend them over united motorsports or even eqt to each their own of course
