If you don't feel like it's working for you, increase your weight or your work time by using 10 more seconds from the walking sections. I used 2 kg dumbbells when I filmed this workout, but switched to 3 kg (for triceps) and 4 kg (for everything else) when I tracked it! Check out my calorie burn in the description box!

This thanks to your workouts and to carefully diet, of course (the two white killers, sugar and salt, are just out of my home) The great target is till next summer to lose even 10 Kilos. So I m going to have two workouts every day. One 60 minutes in the morning and one 40 minutes in the evening (knee friendly) You have so many of them. I can choose from a big list. And after all these isn't time for another joke? (Of course we love grandma and grandpa) A grandpa after 70 years marriage still calling his wife "my love" _ Well ,bravo , grandpa, after all these years you still call grandma ,"my love" _Oh, it's about 15 years i have forgotten her name and you see... (With love to all grandpas and grandmas)
I’ve bookmarked this workout because it’s the BEST for upper body strengthening. My arms, lats and shoulders are shredded. Lots of variety that keeps my muscles guessing. Thank you!

thank you so much for this super workout, exactly the right one for me. I'm a bit older and unfortunately his double upper arms are terrible, but now with this upper body workout I'm going to eliminate that top, do the walking version of course.

I get what you are saying with the 30 seconds for weights... honestly it pushed me to go heavier on some exercises and OMG fantastic workout!! Sometimes having that shorter duration makes me want to work harder than I anticipated. 🥵🤗☺️🌹

Did this workout just now and I loved it! I really have to reduce weight in my upper body and this helped. I’m apple shaped so most of the weight goes to the mid section, back and arms. Do you think you can do a workout to strengthen legs.. I want to have more shapely legs/butt and also to make arms and midsection lean too. Just a request.. thank you! I love you workouts! They are just right for me and make me want to workout everyday!!!xoxo🎉
