I used to work at Mt. Rainier Scenic Railroad as a volunteer in my senior year of high school and first quarter of college. By the time I worked there, number 11 was relegated to a siding by the depot, and number 17 took its place. Great place. I was a car host. My stepsister also volunteered there from time to time. I unfortunately left because I had to transfer to another college campus that was further from the railroad.
They have beautiful steam locomotives, like many others.

Wow, that line has a Shay, a Heisler, and Climax locos that still function! I'm impressed and wish I could make the trip west to see 'em and ride 'em.
