Amanda was instrumental in getting the deal across the line and her and her husband have been 100% behind the manager and the players. There's no way she's going to pull out now. 😢
Whenever she leaves and if her husband and Jamie follow they will leave absolute legends. The pif will stay and will be held in high regard for doing what they have given us in just over 2 years

Isak is the best striker in the league right now, dropping him against an unfit Wilson would be suicidal, but it allows Isak to rest a bit more to maximise him in every game. Hopefully the nature of Wilson's injury will mean his legs have had some rest which can only be a good thing for the times he does come in. Great vid Paul
Another point to make is Amanda would have to match what pif put into the club based on her percentage holding in club and maybe she does not have the funds to match it. Amanda is gonna be here for good while yet. Good to see Callum back in training might be good to get him back in on pitch to put him back on radar for clubs to buy in summer.

although I'm not from the area. It was very nice to see her at the ladies match on Sunday. to me it proves she loves and cares about all Newcastle football related items. Same goes with Darren Eales.
Dubravka isn't the only one unhappy with his role at the club. A bunch of us fans aren't happy with him either.
When the news about Amanda first reared it's head this morning I went straight on to Companies House Website and checked it out. You are spot on Paul with your assessment. The companies that the three locals have resigned from are companies set up purely to facilitate the takeover and are no longer needed. If you work outthe share dealings, Amanda has sold her shares to Jamie ( who is considerably wealthier than Amanda. Also you did omit the fact that beside Amanda and Myrdad still being on the board is the fact that our CEO has been added to it.
I expect that Wilson will play a secondry role to Isak in the last few games, mainly coming on as a sub to give Isak a breather, yhus putting him in the shop window so to speak.
As for our esteemed keeper I for one have never wanted him back since his dessertion to Manure. One of my dissapointments with Eddie is the fact he has kept playing him since Pope got hurt. He has let a shipload of goals in that have cost us points while Karius (in my opinoin a much better keeper) has had one match. Granted that Karius let four in , but that was against Arsenal who over-run the back four and he had no one in front of him. Dubravka let in four against a lot weaker teams when the back four had a much better game. I myself can't wait to see the back of him. If I had been in charge after his outburst this morning, I would have no faith in him and Karius would be playing to the end of the season not only to punish Dubbs but to give Karius a go in the shop window, but we all know Eddie willstill gowith Dubbs.
Even if she isn’t a share holder she had a major input into buying the club getting Bruno’s extension as well as Anthony Gordon’s transfer as well as Big Joe’s extension as well she should get an executive position because she has the club at heart 👍👍👍

There’s no way dubravka has any chance of taking over pope as no1. I understand any player should not want to settle for second best and maybe that’s him just saying he’s going to be pushing to be number 1 but not that he has a divine right to be that. I am a fan of dubravka I think he’s done an ok job stepping in but not enough to warrant that place full time. Great vid Paul as always big fella

Great show today Paul, very informative let’s try and keep calm. I firmly believe if we get our squad fit it’s good enough to finish top 4 next season. If we can get some signings in over the summer we can challenge for the title.

Wor Amanda is essential to the growth of Newcastle United. She loves the city, the club and the people of the Toon. Mandy the matriarch. Love her enthusiasm and dedication to the club.
I do believe we should go for Ramsdale and have him number one next season and get rid of the two you said. Far better goal keeper comes out better with feet and hands and defence would feel more confident with him there. If he is un happy then just go and help the club get some money for what we have done for him that is all I ask.
The owners have been amazing shows what they have done with the women’s and men’s teams and with getting big joe to sign shows people want to stay at this great club, what might bring more people in and better players to the club.
For me in the window we need 4 places GK, RCB, CDM, ST and bring minteh back and we will have a great team next season with Tonali back and big joe back and hopefully willock can get back fit we will have a very strong team and could battle for champions league football again.
The one question I have about the Amanda stuff. If these businesses she's been removed from are dormant, why do they still exist? Do they serve a purpose? Why not fold them?

As for Dubravka, I would show him the door now and just play Karius for the remaining games. He’s not the Messi of goalkeepers, and he has a very short memory as well. If Pickford is a T-Rex, then Dubravka is a goldfish. He flaps about in the box enough.

I would be happy to sell Dubs, but with 2 keepers out of contract and 2 young keepers released at the end of the season. We would need probably 2 keepers brought in
Yeah, what Naill Powell said - Amanda doesn't have the wealth to own 10% of the club considering the agreement is that they need to match whatever PIF put into the club to the same percentage. Jamie Ruben is worth far more than Amanda so it makes sense he now owns 15% and Amanda's shares have reduced to 5%. I can see Amanda's share percentage decreasing even more over time as we grow and the money associated to PIF grows accordingly.
Businesses setup other businesses all the time for specific projects, its a way of managing finances clearly, these are often called single purpose vehicles. When the project is completed the new business is dissolved

Far more mistakes though.
Dubravka is clearly not up to the required standard anymore. You can see in every game how little the defenders trust him. He is one player i can’t wait to see the back of! The GK situation is a complete mess. Id only keep Pope.
I think Dubravka has said that to make it obvious he wants to leave - and we can all look forward to when he does!
I think Dubs should be grateful that he's the first team goalkeeper starting games atm. If it wasn't for Pope buggering his shoulder then his arse would currently be warming the bench.

Dubravka is a shadow of the keeper bought by Rafa. He has been fortunate to get this run in the team.
Need to get what we can for Wilson in the summer and replace him . Happy for Dubs to leave for a fee, as long as we get a replacement in. Love wor Mandy, hope she stays forever.
Extra shares were created to buy in some of our players and do infrastructure repairs a couple of years ago. Amanda bought some of these new shares to plough money in the club with the ruban brothers and PIF. Shes selling her shares to recupe this money. There are a few dormant companies registered to NUFC that directorships were transfered after the take over. These resignations are just a spring clean of these companies now everying has settled after the takeover and is common within businesses so theres no need for folks to panic. Dubs is probably saying this to try to put pressure to keep the NO1 role but this is just going to backfire. He should have remained quiet and kept his mouth shut. Wilson for me has to go this season as we need a reliable back up or even a striker to compete with Isak that we can rotate without worrying if hes going to get injured everytime he plays.
If Dubravka is good enough he’ll keep his position,no where to hide in goal,he probably already knows the club will strengthen and he’ll drop down the pecking order!
Dubs can do 1, he wont get another gig in the PL, he should just be thankful he has got game time, dont let the door hit you on the way out Martin 😂
in the short sample size of Dubravka"s play, he should be thankful to getting paid. At times he looks like a T-Rex on a unicycle.

I think you're off the mark putting Dubs down. Whilst I agree he owes us, it's a profession and he is entitled to work where he wants. Dubravka has saved us more times than cost us.
it's time for dubs to go, he's been a good servant but defence is nervous when he is goal and has dropped some clangers lately and wants to leave anyway and Pope is our true number one unless a better one is bought in the summer

In relation to Dubravka I'm gonna be really blunt - he's nowhere near the GK he presumably thinks he is, and he's miles off Nick Pope's ability. If he wants to move, then happy days. He's about 35 or 36 years of age now, so I can only assume he's agitating for the last move of his career and a potential pay day. Fine, do one.

she is worth 110 million quid alone plus her husbands wealth, if I were a share holder in the toon I would not sell one share. As for the Arabs putting money into the club ... How Much ? the players bought and wages and land bought is roughly what the the club earns from the premier league year in year out is it not. And is it now the club can only spend what it earns. Everyone is making money out of the club except the fans and the season tickets are YES going up again for next season.

Oh deary me. This is the 1 thing that does concern me with youtubers, vloggers, padcasters. I have no doubt Trippier was somewhat pissed off with comments, when he had his 3-4 bad games in a row, Wilson with his injuries and lack of games also caused a backlash of comments, and still does! However the reason I'm pointing this out is, Pope is recovering from dislocated shoulder, which is notoriously nasty and difficult to recover from. So please don't alienate dubravka even more, he has done satisfactory job in Pope absence. I say this because i know the is lots of us who do and have played foota at a lower level, and we don't like being criticised.
