However, the Warringah Freeway can a real trap to the "newbie" what with the changing traffic flows at peakhow and the multiple choice of lanes, you really have to learn that stuff at your mother's knee! The drive across the bridge still thrills me and the view makes a bad day good!
I tried driving to Ultimo from north shore 2 days in a row, drove into the tunnel the first time, and then drive onto the eastern motorway the second time. FML!! Why is it so hard? the Sydney highway is so confusing and JAMED!

Show everyone the condition and state of the roads in the cbd and Sydney, very poorly maintained, pot holes, patches and bumps. If you only see the roads without looking at the buildings you would think you are in a some 3rd World country.. Even today, go down any street in cbd full of pot holes and rough patches after road works.
Those living here would tell you, how much we fork out in road taxes, car rego and so forth, tourist visiting here have no idea what we pay as road taxes in all forms. They base their opinion on short visits or watching videos.
