WIlliam Street is just not the same without the Coke sign at Kings Cross, but just about a month after you recorded this it's finally back and lit up in all its neon glory, after more than a year of being in 'refurbishment'. Thanks for the video!
Interesting that it has both European & North American style signalized intersections combined. There are sets of lights both before and after the intersection.
I say it again, LOVE your work Richard! This gives me such a sense of what Sydney is like. I don't know why it surprises me, but the streets are even busier than I had imagined. As you say, not for the feint hearted! You will be pleased to know, you have now caused me to waste an entire Saturday afternoon watching your films. I am about to go & make another coffee & settle in. So glad I found your channel.
bro i wanna say to everyone who lives in australia you guys are lucky to have such an amazing nation or city to live in i applied my visa for australia but i dont know whts is going on i dont know if they reject the visa or something happen there... now im just watching the vids of australia :(
note: don't bother taking your car into Sydney too much traffic best to use the trains (they aren't called subways in Australia as they also lead outside of tunnels such as the central station) yes I know there isn't that many stations around Sydney but you can also try using the Ferries which can take you to all the ports around Darling Harbour (excluding the naval base which is off limits to civilians) if your destination is away from the ports then walking is your only option left and trust me it is not that hard to get around when you know all the unique structures (one can be the town hall which shows old fashion style of buildings)
Agree driving into the city is a joke. Paying for parking is even a bigger joke. You would be forking out at least $10 per hour during the day which what CEOs would only pay.
It can get a bit that way, especially if you come from another city. Lots of one way streets, many no right turn and no left turn intersections, along with impatient drivers who blast their horns at you if you get a little bit hesitant when confronted with any of these things.

It was just unfortunate the time I went to Sydney, it wasn't up!

Haha, I always thought it was standard.

Anxiety base level in Sydney would be x5 higher then the rest of the country

When you're affected this much by a g20-summit this much, won't that affect kids' future? What if they won't become what they want to become?
