    I am LOVING this series! It's gentle, sooo good for helping relieve my anxiety and tension, and has lots of adaptability.

    So I haven't done day 15 or 16 yet but I will go back to them. I loved this workout! I really like the slow paced workouts that help you relax and feel happy. You are awesome! 💛

    I feel that it is getting harder to follow the exercises daily because of daily life stress. But I’m very happy that I finish the workout, it makes me feel so relaxed.
