Would you ever consider using the ultra wide monitor showed later in your setup for your creative work, or do you keep your gaming and work setup separate? Also, do you color calibrate your displays and if so, with what instrument & software?

Adam what is the charging cable you’re using for the iPad mini when it’s on the balolo holder ?
my current art setup is a bic crystal pen and a 30-page sketchbook (by choice). I have other materials, too, but don't use them a lot
I fell in love with the LG 42 oled curved I have. 4k and absolutely beautiful. I'm running the amd 7900 xtx and the ryzen 5 series as well. While I'm not getting to the art yet, the gaming alone has been wonderful. I still have an intuos pro large from college... so the learning curve is there. A cintiq will come when my skills are better/first comm or job. But it is a beautiful setup you have.

Amazing card for the price but I really love that RT for cinematic titles - the thermals was a bit of an issue as well - but the value for the performance is amazing
@@AdamDuffArt Only issue I had when I did my upgrade(new cpu as well) was because I bought an unlocked, it overclocked to default. 5ghz and very quickly hitting 100C spiking at 106 at one point. I had to undervolt it so I got it down to a 3.8 and idle is maybe about 40-50C and when playing cyberpunk at 4k it hit like maybe 65C. GPU is fine and runs cyberpunk beautifully at 4k. They compare it to the 4080, which fine slower speed, just as large memory bank as the 4090(at 24gigs). For art though, I still have my Intuos 4.. pro? Large and though it has a scratch in the center(somehow) it works fine. I'm just currently trying to juggle whether subscribing to photoshop so I can get used to it as it's the industry standard while I begin my art journey in earnest and try to get some work in it, or get into a field where I have a career. Almost 40 and no longer a caretaker, I'm trying to reclaim my life. Not easy!

Haha I literally just posted mines haha, we are guys who love our setups haha
Whilst there is some variation in the equipment we hope to be using, the lighting and mountings are certainly what we've been looking at for a setup. The fact all most lighting is controlled by a single app is very useful as well. However, we've opted instead for a Samsung Ark, as a lean ultrawide would drive us nuts (especially during streaming sessions).
Which motorized slider are you using these days?
I think you should try "LIES OF P" if you want to destroy that wonderful gaming monitor!!!
Wow, that was very interesting and satisfying to watch! Really dig the functional aesthetic setup a lot. When I got my gaming PC a few years ago, I also went with a Lian Li case and all white cables paired with all white RGB lighting and loved it ever since. The clean white look just hits the spot and it's so timeless. You created such a beautiful and zen space and the art, cat fur and plants tie it all together. Have a wonderful Christmas and I hope you have a bit of free time to actually enjoy your fantastic setup :)

Great awesome setups! But are you sure the RTX 4080 powercable is not too band and tight too close from the card? Could it cause the cable and connector to overheat and melt, or is it just with the 4090? Not a critic, just a question / warning and merry chritmas! ;)
Hey Adam, I've wanted to ask for a while, are you into speakers? Or like, do you have speakers in any of your setups? Of course i know you're an audiophile and have a lot of expensive headphones but, does that extend to the speaker space?
