There needs to be a law. If a candidate especially an incumbent refuses to debate. They should forfeit the election. This is a disgrace to our Republic.
Agreed! Especially with only 2 Dem seats to spare, without losing control of the House, making our POTUS a lame duck, and giving tRump an open door back to the Oval Office.
With our nation's future in jeopardy, it is the worst possible time to be AWOL.

Because of the lack of participation of Scott, I beleive the voters will vote for Gonzales who appears to be MORE that competent to represent the 13 district !
Gonzales is struggling to debate by himself. Why does he sound drunk and unable to focus on the question being asked?

Yes I agree he seemed to struggle. Didn't really project confidence that he can handle a real debate battle. Scott will win.
