I'm going to make sure my family and friends who are in Georgia to vote for Chris West. Ask yourself what has Bishop done to represent you in your district? I don't think voting with Biden all of the time represent your values.

But all Dems were told and firey about is abortion screw taxes, crime, etc. But face it, Dems if you or independants vote blue and we lose everything, farmers, food, money, gas production, water, we go broke, and we lose our freedoms just remember who sold us out. I live in the district. An independent minded voter who has supported Sanford. I am voting West this time around. We need change and a representative that is 100% focused on inflation and the economy.

Same, I agree. It feels like GA 2nd district isn’t growing no real good place to work and one thing they brought up is people working in Alabama and Florida. And as an Independent it’s hard to choose between these two. Not to happy with our Republicans or Democrats in our state especially in our district. My friendly opinion.

One would think this current congressman would have better answers about ethics violations. This eagle scout nonsense 50 years ago is a sorry answer. seems if it wasn’t true he would just say so. 30 years in congress? Time to go in my opinion. Not sure about either of these guys.
I'd say, "go get an abortion, get five or ten abortions....just don't expect my taxes to fund any part of it."
They never do. It's already in Rowe v. Wade.
I have benefited from Sanford Bishop. Without Bishop we in the south would have been left out of infrastructure, medical care and/or food subsidies that benefit both the farmers and the consumer. Our schools have been supported heavily by Bishop through many programs to technical, HBCUs and accredited certificate training programs. He has also helped and voted with even Republicans on National Defense that has kept many of his constituents employed. If Bishop is to be replaced we need a moderate democrat or republican to be more like Bishop than not. To say Bishop hasn't done anything is beyond the pale of lies and power seeking.
Don't talk about infrastructure because republican voted against it liar.

Mr. West did a good job in this debate but I think Sandford Bishop will win re-election.
As critical as seniority is in ensuring who gets priority on committees and consequent funding, now isn’t the time to change guards and drop our region last in the que for access to funds and other considerations that will keep our military bases open and funded. We need to keep every edge for our region as long as possible. Also relationships that have been forged and invested in will work in our best interest. I’m not trying to stand in the back of the line before it’s necessary. Let’s keep Bishop as long as he continues to deliver!

Mr. Bishop asked about his opponent's stance on abortion. The answer landed on inflation. It started with how he will not answer the question because Americans don't want to hear that conversation.

I'm a Hispanic woman that grew up in the foster care system of a Democrat run area where I was systematically mentally, physically, and sexually abused by multiple people and nobody "noticed". My gang banging, drug addict parents were in and out of juvenile hall, then jail and prison with no rehabilitation or job skills. My mother is in her 60s and is still a homeless drug addict. My father committed suicide because he became so institutionalized he couldn't function as a free citizen. I have a diagnosis of CPTSD because of what I experienced and witnessed.
Democrats are a party of child abuse. I will never vote for a democrat that doesnt protect children from adult sexuality and lifelong trauma.
How many of you grew up in the welfare or foster care system in a Democrat run area and experienced ignored and prolonged abuse?
