SO excited for the low crowds next month! I have toi say on the grinch cookie it is really good but that sugar cooking they have in the tribute store and now in the universal store in the front of studios is BOMB. I LOVE that one. My mom and I did the holiday tour on Christmas Eve and that tour is amazing and worth every penny! Just a side note lol. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

@@ThePughTwo My park food plans... did not go as planned. lol. I was with family, so I rolled with them. I did go to the Today Cafe. I got the 30 Rock Midtowner Platter; it was pretty good. Also, I don't know if the person I asked was new, but they didn't know anything about a seasonal flatbread. They did have the flat bread you mentioned!
Thanks for all the great info. The only weekend we can make it down is the music festival weekend. Hoping Express pass will offset some of the bigger crowd issues.

Oh boy, we're getting closer and closer to May which is when I'm coming to Universal! Already have my hotel booked! Can't flipping wait!!! I really hope I get to run into you guys while I'm there! Do you guys ever do Meet and Greets or post somewhere online the days when you're in the park? Or do you prefer organic/random meetings with viewers? Either way I can't wait to visit the parks! We are coming end of January into early February. We can't wait!!! Our daughter has been to both Disney and Universal (2 years ago), my niece has never been, and my husband and I have only been to Universal but it was when they were building Harry Potter world. So we are all so excited!

Great video. I'm coming down 1 or 2 more times in January and changing things up. Universal is my favorite but doing annual pass to disney and seaworld and busch gardens this year. Probably mix in some orlando informer meetups too...get my velocicoaster fix...then 2025 back to annual at Universal.

That’s so exciting! It really depends who you ask lol Floridians will be in winter coats and people from up north will have on shorts and a tshirt. The sun and wind really have more to do with it than the temp these months. Bring layers!

The ducks are so cute!! There was a super friendly one hanging around the day Poseidon’s closed and we always wonder if it’s that same duck lol. We mainly used the Sony fx3!

I heard the Christian festival was insane last year with long crowds. Of course my bday is on the 26th and the day I wanted to go.
Hopefully the Sunday will be a little more tame!
We were around that weekend last year and there was definitely an increase compared to most of January, but nothing crazy! We say go if you want!

Question on annual passes. Ours are up for renewal in early February. If we renew does our year start at renewal date or when we use them again? I was reading the fine print and they make it sound like it starts when we use them again. Thanks
If you renew it’s basically like you just add an extra 12 months onto your existing so it just continues on from your previous one’s expiration date.

Early February is usually pretty slow! Express is definitely a personal choice, though. Just depends what your tolerance for waiting is!

We would expect it to be pretty slow that day! Express is always a personal choice, but that’s probably a day it wouldn’t hurt to wait until you get there to see.

What weeks would be best to visit to avoid crowds?
In January, pretty much any time except the first few days/week. If you’re talking about the whole year, anytime people are off work or out of school is gonna be busier, so not those times lol
Just as long as the Christmas crowds leave so us locals can come out of hibernation! 😂

They’ve announced a little bit! Both parks are gonna be open until 1 am and they’ve also announced entertainment in CityWalk. We are assuming they’ll have fireworks, but they haven’t confirmed that anywhere that we’ve seen!
