I used to work overnights at volcano bay, and let me tell you we spend 8 hours a night cleaning up the paths of sand and raking the beaches. But it's nice to see people enjoy it

We have skipped Volcano Bay in our prior visits, my wife doesn't like water slides. We are gonna try to make a whole day visit with the preferred seating when we come next time, seems like a lot of fun. I think she will enjoy the chill time, drinks and the fearless river.

We were there on the 11th, just before you guys filmed this! We had such an amazing time, and your videos were really informative before our trip :) the whole thing was a mother's day gift to my mom and she had an amazing time! (And you guys got chairs in the same section that we did!)
I love the Fearless River. The lazy river is great too. We haven't done all of the slides yet. Hopefully next time there we will complete what we have missed. That is if we can stay out of the Fearless River. LOL!

So glad I watched this the morning I went to VB last week, wouldn’t have went to tap into Krakatau so quick without the tip. Got in for early entry (as staying at Cabana Bay) and even when we got to tap in just before general opening it was already at 85 min wait. By lunch time it was full. Thanks as always guys 😊
I did Ko’okiri twice on my visit. Spent more time climbing up the stairs than waiting in line, probably because we went beginning of this month. Actually Krakatau was the only ride with a wait time, everything else was Ride Now XD Nearly chickened out the first time on Ko’okiri. But the only other way back down was the stairs I’d just climbed up. I was laughing at the end. Man that one is a nice adrenaline kick. I wasn’t brave enough for the other two trapdoor slides though haha. Also love the wave pool ritual. A water park that I used to go to before it permanently closed down just had a wimpy buzzer.
Me and girlfriend just went to VB for the first time! What a blast! But oh my gosh we didn’t know about the fearless river until the very end when we were able to finally ride krakatu, we were like wait, whys that lazy river going so fast (we went in the normal lazy river earlier) It was so much fun to go in!
I remember going on the lazy river back in 2015 -2018 ish I rode on the left side of it And there was a big vent that creates the waves Which I started to get pulled into it I tried to swim but it kept pulling When a wave was created it lifted me out and I think that’s what saved me from getting sucked in entirely
This place is amazing! It is seriously the only place on earth where I forget all my worries…mostly because I’m fighting for my life in Teawa Fearless River, but somehow carefree-ily. 😂
Great park and great customer service. One of the times I went there, some douche stole my slides. I made a report with security and one of the head life gaurds took me over to one of the shops inside the park and let me pick out whatever slides or flip flops I wanted. They took care of me and my family the rest of the day. So yes...100% the lockers are a must for expensive things because thefts do occur occasionally at these parks.

The line didn’t even move when I picked my food up
We're a family of 4 going in june. The 6 person cabana is over 900 so i asked for premium seating it's $230 for 2 people. Much more than the $190-230 price stated for cabanas.
I went to Volcano Bay with friends and we got a cabana. I will NEVER go again without a cabana. Life changing. Expensive? Yeah. But I’m telling you… so amazing! I enjoy the second floor cabanas for better privacy! We typically stay at Cabana Bay so it’s incredibly convenient!
I used to work Virtual Line before it was merged into Slide Ops! I am also confused lol I remember there only being 4, but I stopped working at the park in 2019 so my memory is a bit fuzzy 😂

Would you guys still recommend Volcano Bay in December? Last time I went it was February and I LOVED how empty Volcano Bay was. I wasn’t sure if they closed it in December due to the temperature.
So if a queue says 45 mins for example, can you just queue up for it or do you HAVE to tap in for a return time? If you can, would you recommend doing that at all?
Hi! I used to work the slide entrances at Volcano Bay - you always have to tap in for a return time unless the ride is a “Ride Now.” Once your virtual queue is up and you return to the slide, you will wait in a short physical line usually no more than 5-10 minutes. The idea of the virtual line is to allow you to spend most of the wait time doing other things such as going in the rivers/pools, eating, etc. instead of standing in line. Hope that makes sense :)
If you leave the park, do you lose your wait time? Example: aqua coaster has 4 hour wait, can you leave and go to islands/studios for two hours and come back?
“Agree to mobile order” is difficult when your phone is in a locker far from where you’re located when you’re ready to eat. VB should put touch screen/Tapu Tapu activated food ordering kiosks around.
They have express at VB, but it’s separate from the other two theme parks. We’ve never purchased it. With the virtual line system it’s never felt necessary for us! The only thing you can take a GoPro on is the two rivers and the wave pool. You can’t take it on any of the slides.

Idk how Orlando is with theft (I’m assuming it’s a bit higher than in Kentucky) but I’ve gone to Kentucky Kingdom for the waterpark over 60 times in the past two years. I’ve never rented a locker and nothing has gotten stolen. I do put my bag underneath a chair with a towel, but I also cover my things with books that I bring to read so that people think it’s just a book bag. I’ve actually had 5 or 6 friends who do the same thing and nothing has ever happened. Just a tip in case lockers don’t fit into your vacation funds:)

I tried 6 times on the same day to get the Waturi fusion and the machine kept breaking everytime I walked up. I kept doing laps and the guy told me to not get my hopes up of getting it 😭😭 I was so sad, and now I need to go back just for some rainbow icecream lol
People don't mobile order at VB, because their phones are locked in a locker. The best place for chairs is Hammerhead Beach, right at the entrance to the Fearless River which we spend 80% of our day in.

Don't get me wrong I had a blast and booked my cabana far in advance BUT didn't use Tapu Tapu because we didn't get on any attractions (Yeah...I know....no need to say a word lol). My big baby was living her best life in the wave pool 🤣! One of these days I'm going to experience a waterpark in a more adventurous way....one day lol! And I did not get a Waturi Fusion 😩😳....I know....SMH 😂!

The Fearless River is not that much fun when you’re at the point that you’ve queued up on one ride and all the other rides also have queues. For the one day that you get to visit the park as a visitor from another country, this period of time is not a value for guests. I realized this after my fifteenth or so lap in the river.

We visited VB one time and will never go again. Almost none of the slides were ride now. Was there all day and only able to ride 3 slides.
