BUSINESS QUARTERLY PRESENTATION

Ladies and gentlemen, esteemed colleagues, and valued partners, it is my pleasure to share our company's progress with you in this quarterly business update, covering the period from the end of December to today, March 27, 2023.
Let me start by providing a brief financial summary. Our monthly income and expenses have both seen changes, with profits, losses, and return on investment being closely monitored. We aim to present a more detailed financial report by the end of June.
In our Rich AF division, we have made significant strides, including website updates, which now offer more options such as scheduling, maintenance requests, and cleaning services. We have introduced membership packages and expanded our online sales and e-commerce capabilities, incorporating artificial intelligence. Our team has grown, welcoming Karen, Glenda, Octávio, Ricardo, and Rolando. We have also acquired 10 additional vendors and expanded relationships with hotels, hosts, boat tour operators, excursion concierge teams, and restaurants in Bacalar. We will soon explore Holbox to replicate these efforts. Focusing on Bacalar and Holbox promises a year-round clientele, thanks to the absence of seaweed, sargasso, and the more affordable price points.
In our IPM division, we've found that the cost of developing a full property management service website is too high. Instead, we're working on a cost-effective prototype utilizing AI. We have made several new purchases and improvements, including upgraded Wi-Fi, security cameras, high-quality bedsheets, and various property repairs. We are also addressing client complaints and working on enhancing amenities such as coffee makers, hairdryers, and hammocks. Our next goal is to implement keypad locks that can be controlled remotely.
For MYami Studios, we've made considerable progress at both our SACBE and Calle 4 locations. We've added more equipment, such as lighting, mounts, monitors, and lavaliers. Our production team has expanded to include two shooters for video and photo, and we've invested in e-commerce AI video production. In the last two months, we've hosted four clients and had eight bookings with no advertising, relying solely on referrals.
Lastly, we're seeking investors for our ambitious 3-5 year plan, which requires an initial investment of $100,000, followed by $2,000-$3,000 per month. We are committed to providing a robust return on investment for all parties involved.
