Bro the bunker glitch made me so mad i was on route c, on the start of it, and that glitch ended up happening. it was in the cutscene where the bunker gets exploded, i had to leave the game and close it, i got very mad because i lost my progress and i already did die in the "2B gets infected by a virus"part of the game and had to redo it over and over again. thank god i created a third save, in which i got all endings (minus ending E) AND got to experience the full story. I promise the game is highly good!
Yes. Route A (first playthrough) - you play as 2B Route B - you play as 9S Route C - you switch between playing as 2B, 9S and A2 (the latter two for the most part). EDIT: The difference between these 3 is more than just cosmetic. They actually play differently. 9S doesn't have 2B's heavy attacks, instead he has ability to hack enemies and pick locks. A2 plays similar to 2B, but instead of self destruct she has a berserk mode that gives a temporary attack boost at the cost of reduced defense.
