I had zv-1 for couple month and I loved , I lean a lot about focal length/ aperture/ iso / shutters speed Now I just upgraded to Zv-e10 that allows me to put whatever lens I want with much better low light performance but I would say that if you are thinking to get Zv-e10 and stay with kit lens it will be lost of money, the kit lens Sel1650 f3.5 is very dated and you will be losing money Right now I'm with sigma 30mm f1.4 and it's is awesome
I've had the ZV-1 for a couple of months now, and it's a fantastic compact camera. It might not have the ergonomics and EVF of the RX100 series, but it's significantly cheaper, and the articulating screen and hot shoe are perfect for my needs. Still waiting for my Neewer wide-angle adapter though; it's been on backorder on B&H for 2 months now.
I am have the ZV1 in my wishlist and am raising money to be able to get it. I am using an old iphone SE right now for my channel and am wanting to upgrade and the flexibility of the ZV1 will suit me the best. Plus the creator kit will make it much better for me to move around and shoot out of the office.
Don't need the zoom. Would really like the 20mm ZV1F. Problem is Sony intentionally crippled it by eliminating the phase auto focus found on the other ZVs. If they come out with an updated ZV1F2 with phase auto focus, everything else the same, I would buy it.
Recommending the ZV-1 or ZV-1F is tuff when iPhone 14 rear cameras record video (in good conditions) very well. But on the “flip side”, the iPhone front facing camera isn’t the greatest but can get the job done. If it was me, I would buy the ZV-E10 for versatility and better optical performance.
Not a good idea for beginners bc they miss out learning about the functions of a camera, in general, having never practiced with settings etc. full frame….you gotta know what todo to get the best from it.
Never one camera to do it all. I am going for the ZV-1F for my personal reasons, and will do the job I am after. if I am not happy, at least I'll let RUclips know. In Person the black plastic body is another story.
I am now into search for my new vlogging cam, Im only using action cam and phone. Reading your comment my feelings got hooooha, its good that I havent bought it yet
The only problem I find is that the iPhone is really difficult to handle and hold and manipulate the settings. It’s really cumbersome although does take fantastic photos. That is the primary reason I don’t use my iPhone anymore.
your phone will be fine tbh. otherwise pick up the e10 with a decent zoom lens to help catch quality footage from further away. make sure to check used / refurb markets for better prices. if youre shooting cars in motion, then learning how to manipulate shutter speed could get you some neat pics too. good luck
Hi! I just saw your video and I want to buy a camera for family vacations. We shoot tons of video and want great resolution and auto focus. I have a go pro but you can’t zoom in and it’s bad in dark. Which of these 3 camera do you suggest. From your video. For vacations and blog videos also. Thank you.
The three in this video are great options. One of our photo experts will help you narrow down to one camera that best fits what you're looking for. Email sales@bhphoto.com
They're all great options. But if you want to keep it small, compact, and budget friendly, look into the Sony ZV-1F. Then the next step up is the Sony ZV-1. If you have any questions on the cameras feel free to reach out to one of our experts. Email sales@bhphoto.com

I bought the zv-1f and instantly regretted it after watching all these videos. Returned it and just ordered the zv-e10
Hi can you recap on why the zv-10 is better than the zvf I’m about to buy one also lol

This was extremely useful! Thanks so much - the actual footage across on real life setting was really helpful with this!

Why did you guys never mention the weird jello effect caused by digital stabilization on zv1F and zve10? Zv1 is better than the other 2.
ZV_E10 😮 ❤

I would skip all of those ZV cameras and save for the fx30. My fx30 plus 10-20mm f4 are the perfect vlogging combo, IMO.

Nobody should buy the the ZV-1F. Your phone is better, no doubt.

Is Samsung s21 ultra better than zv 1f??
The only problem I find is that the iPhone is really difficult to handle and hold and manipulate the settings. It’s really cumbersome although does take fantastic photos. That is the primary reason I don’t use my iPhone anymore.
The thing is that zv 1f has features SPECIFICALLY for vlogging. In the best price available.
The quality of the galaxy s24 is SUPER IMPRESSIVE! But the Sony ZV 1 isn’t bad quality at all I was impressed for as much money I spent on my Sony a7c
Can anyone tell what is that lens in zv-e10 that he used in the thumbnail
Which one is best for car spotting

ZV 1 or ZV E1 is better if you look over all package.
This video came at the right time, I’ve put my zv-1 up for sale to get the ZV-E10
We're happy to help!
@@BandH I may just take you up on that as soon as my zv1 sells
Great comparison. Thank you for all the examples.
Glad it was helpful!
Does the ZV1 support USB PD?
I'm looking for a stream/Webcam which one would be best?
All of these can work as a camera for streaming. The ZV-E10 gives you the option to change lenses.
just bought this to do RUclips tech reviews !
why is the ZV E10 have this wiggle effect in the video???
It's called rolling shutter. Sadly, they didn't fix it on the Mark II either.
I want a zve10 but I can’t afford it…
ZV-E10, remember the E...
Too fast. I can't keep up with which camera is which.
El mayor problema de la ZvE10 es que tiene roler shattering, y peor estabilizacion que la Zv 1F
HI B&H please tell me which camera. is best for actor self tapes at home- of these 3 ZV F1???

The sound level of this video is TOO low
