After that, after you have defeated the First Hero, before you face off against Dark Skul, the Witch will give you upgraded inscription(s). Then, once you have chosen the upgraded Treasure inscription, you will get a treasure chest that has 3 Golden King items. The Golden King's judgement item is one of them. Good luck.
